2850 Series Static Mixers

2850 Series static mixers are the "full body" or "double flanged" version of the 2800 Series Wafer-Style Static Mixer.

This range has most of the advantages of the 2800 Series mixer, but is built into a spool with flanges or fittings to meet your piping system at each end - ideal for special purpose or retrofit replacement. This is convenient when retrofitting into existing piping systems or replacing traditional type static mixers.

The advantages are:

• High performance mixing - CoV of 0.05 or better
• Published headloss - kV of 32.59 or better
• Simple installation (via customised spool design)
• Ports to connect to chemical assemblies are built in to the spool. Unless otherwise specified.
