Series 5000 Static Mixers are an open channel version of a Series 3050 low headloss mixer by simply fixing the mixing elements to the floor of the channel, simplifying installation. As there are no moving parts, and the design sheds any ragging or hangups, there is no need for servicing.
This range has all the advantages of the 3050 Series mixer, but is designed to mix fluids in an open channel for flatter hydraulic grade lines.
They are designed to be an alternative for motor driven (shaft and submersible) mixers where there is an exisitng flow due to the process.
